Note:
1 . * Breakup Payments (EMI) :- Amount should be "paid in subsequent month" immediately after 1st payment and so on.
2 . * Consultancy :- Consultancy changers for each Consultancy paid at the time of appointment booking.
3 . * Plan validity :- All subscription changes are valid for One year from date of joining the Plan.
4 . * Consultancy's(Free Medicines) :- Free medicines will be provided for the same Consultancy on the portal.
5 . * Addon patient :- Addon patient will be get all benifits which are available by main beneficiary but dues should be cleared before taking addOn.
5 . * Offline Consultancy :- Offline Consultancy means a patient can send their report and problems on prescribed E-mail and doctor will advice through the same.
